Indian River Preserve Golf Club, located in Mims, Florida, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Bartenders. Indian River Preserve is an 18-hole golf course co-designed by renowned golf course architect Perry Dye and LPGA champion Jan Stephenson. The course features lush fairways across a rolling landscape, surrounded by serene lakes, nature preserves, and wildlife. The Indian River Preserve clubhouse is home to Andrei's Restaurant, serving seasonal, local fare and a large banquet facility capable of hosting weddings and private catered events. Responsibilities of the Bartender at Indian River Preserve Golf Club include: Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available. Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared. Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered. Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur. Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment. Maintains daily inventory and records. Checks identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol. Assists food servers and hostesses as needed. Qualifications Required Skills Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state) Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.

Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
