Learning and Development Coordinator

Hybrid role and will go to the San Mateo campus as needed.

Contract of 6 months with possibility of extensions

Job Summary:

Looking for a Coordinator, Technical Leadership Development, to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with an ambitious mission and to help build the future of Leadership and Learning & Development. You’ll work across a global team to support the design and delivery of world-class development opportunities for employees of all levels. This is a long-term contract role that will be 6+ months and offer hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years HR experience.

What you’ll be doing ·

• Provide administrative, communication, and training support to Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives
• Manage arrangements for learning programs, including marketing, scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering, day-of support, and post-event evaluation.
• Support vendor management through PO Processing
• and keeping records up to date
• Produce virtual learning engagements, including room management, taking attendance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Research and source external learning content and facilitators.
