Physician and Provider Outreach Liaison We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Physician and Provider Outreach Liaison to strategically enhance our healthcare services and provider relationships. This pivotal role involves in-depth market research, creating strategic plans, and fostering relationships with hospitals and community facilities. Based in Tyler, Texas, this position carries the responsibility of improving our healthcare system's service lines and market share through effective collaboration and strategic outreach. Salary: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Research and analyze healthcare service line volumes, market share, and competitor data to influence business strategies. Develop and implement strategic business development plans for each service line, aligning with overall organizational goals. Regular travel to various hospital facilities to educate and maintain strong relationships within the healthcare community. Proactive communication with service line leadership to align market strategies and operational goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including outreach activities and financial objectives. Facilitate high-level strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive business and operational outcomes. Identify growth opportunities, linking activities to strategic results, and fostering partnerships to meet desired outcomes. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years in sales or related professional experience. At least 2 years of experience in the hospital or healthcare sector. Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and market challenges. Proven strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to operate independently. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Amarillo and surrounding areas. Experience residing in or willingness to relocate to the market area with an understanding of local healthcare dynamics. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and inform strategies. Excellent relationship management and communication skills to interact effectively within all levels of the organization. Ability to create and execute data-driven strategic growth plans. Advanced proficiency in CRM and other business analytical tools. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
