Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? As a Sales Assistant , you'll play a vital role in supporting our regional office and servicing independent brokers who market our exceptional products. Reporting directly to the RVP of Sales, you will facilitate essential processes throughout the new business flow, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our RSDs and RVP.

Note: This is an in-office position.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide white-glove assistance to broker partners during the quoting and underwriting process.
• Become a Product Expert: Master our product portfolio to effectively represent the Company and serve our office.
• Enhance Efficiency: Offer valuable feedback to the RVP on processes to streamline operations.
• Data Management: Accurately enter quoting and underwriting information.
• Timely Quote Delivery: Ensure requested quotes are delivered accurately and on time.
• Thorough Documentation Review: Conduct in-depth reviews of paperwork to gather necessary information from prospective clients, RSDs, brokers, and customers.
• Team Collaboration: Support a defined set of RSDs in a collaborative team environment.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Work with various departments to advance the Company's goals.

• Industry Exposure: Familiarity with health insurance is a plus.
